Wine Region Selection

Roll your mouse over the Texas map in order to select a region.
1) Simply clicking on a non-designated wine region of the Texas map elicits no response.
2) Some of the smaller wine regions have been enlarged for convenience. To select them, click on the enlarged area.

Region Details

Once you have chosen a wine region, you will notice the following :
1) The Texas map will show the chosen wine region as highlighted to indicate your selection. You may change your selection by clicking on any other region.
2) A brief text description of the chosen wine region along with links to a more technical description and a GIS page of the chosen wine region. Clicking on either link enables the user to explore the chosen wine region in greater detail, both spatial and explicitly through text descriptions of climate, soil and topography.
